Membership Requirements:
Membership is open to students and faculty of The Ohio State University who have a current membership to the University recreational centers. There are no time requirements to join the team, but it is recommended that prospective members be able to swim 500 yards without stopping. To join the team, prospective members must:
1. Submit the DoSportsEasy insurance waiver form - This form must be filled out before entering the water and can be found here. Go to DoSportsEasy > Swimming > Registration to fill out the forms.
*** REQUIRED: complete the Colin's Law anti-hazing training on DSE before entering the water (DSE > Swimming > Registration > Documents)
2. Submit the team registration form - Fill this out below!
3. Turn in Team Dues - After you submit the team registration form, you will be emailed an invoice. After you have received the invoice, the preferred method of payment is by credit card following the instructions included with the invoice.
However, if you are unable to pay the dues by credit card, please email our treasurer, Christian Ferrante ([email protected]), to coordinate payment by cash or check. If you pay by check, please make the check payable to Club Swimming at Ohio State. Also, please put the cash or check in a sealed envelope with a copy of the invoice included in the envelope and give the payment to Christian at practice.
Dues for 2024-2025 are:
Students: $70 per semester/$130 per year
Non-Students: $80 per semester/$140 per year
*After the tenth Friday of the semester, semester dues will be $35 for students and $40 for non-students.
